The Festival will begin on Thursday, January 18 at 5:00 in the afternoon, with the ribbon cutting, Rafaela Balladares awards ceremony, dedication and parade of big heads. Starting from that event, in addition to Calle San Sebastián, Old San Juan will have artistic and cultural activities in the four main squares: Plaza de Armas, Plaza del Quinto Centenario, Plaza Colón and Plaza de la Barandilla.
